My Story

Growing up, I was always active. I started playing soccer at 5 years old and continued through middle school. As I got older, I joined the football team and began lifting weights. I loved training with my friends, going to practice, and pushing myself to improve.During my sophomore year of high school, I decided to stop playing football so I could get a job and save money for a car. I worked at Chick-fil-A as a cook throughout high school, and by my junior year, I had saved enough to buy my first truck. Because I was working, I qualified for a school program that allowed me to leave early each day. Instead of spending that extra time hanging around, I spent it in the gym. I got a gym membership and worked out almost every day after school. That's when fitness became more than just a hobby it became part of who I was.

After graduating high school, I joined the U.S. Army at 17 years old and served for six years as a 15Y, working on Apache helicopters. Fitness remained a major part of my life during my military career. Physical training was part of our daily routine, whether it was running, bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, or ruck marches. What I enjoyed most wasn't just improving myself it was helping others improve too. I was constantly encouraging my buddies and fellow soldiers to push harder, stay disciplined, and keep going when things got tough. Over time, I was trusted to lead physical training for my squad, then my shop, and eventually larger groups within the unit.

During my military service, I was selected to attend a fitness leadership course where I learned the fundamentals of training, nutrition, recovery, and how to properly lead physical fitness programs. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of what it takes to build strength, improve performance, and help others succeed.

When my time in the Army came to an end, one thing remained the same: my passion for fitness and helping people become the best version of themselves.

Today, through Hunter Flow Fit, my mission is to help beginners feel confident in the gym, understand the fundamentals, and build healthy habits that last a lifetime. I believe fitness should be simple, sustainable, and approachable no matter where you're starting from.
